New menu items for Actuals entry
In the Budgeting menu, under ACTUALS select Overhead Costs:
Type in costs directly or upload them
Your Overhead categories from your budget or budgets will be automatically displayed on the Overhead Costs page. You have two alternatives for inputting overhead costs.
Directly type them in:
Or 2., select the upload tool to import a spreadsheet from your accounting system with one or more months of expenses. Then just follow the steps in the upload tool.
Adjusting categories
If you need to make changes to the categories themselves do that in the budget:
Other Revenue works the same way
The Other Revenue actuals page works the same way as Overheads. You can directly enter the revenue or do an upload.
