I need to add another input to my activity tickets

How do I enter a seed treatment into Conservis when I already created planting tickets? We entered the wrong rate on a bunch of tickets, now what?

When you need to make the same update to a bunch of tickets, doing this one at a time is too slow. What's why we have a bulk ticket update to make it easier.

Step 1: Find the tickets you want to update

  • Go to PRODUCTION > Activities > All

  • Click "Show Additional Filters" to show all the filters and filter for the tickets you need. Click Apply

Now you have a list of all the tickets that should be updated.

Step 2: Edit the Tickets

  • Click the top left checkbox to select all the tickets in the list. (Confirm that all the tickets are selected. It should say something like "17 of 17 activities selected" in the top center of the list of tickets.)

  • Click the "Edit Tickets" button

  • Select the area you want to edit from the dropdown list.

  • Make your changes.

  • Click Save.

Example: You want to add another input to these tickets to capture the cost of seed treatment and apply it to fields where you planted those seeds.

Before you begin - create an input for Seed Treatment with a default cost Then once you click Edit Tickets, keep going.

  • Select "Input" from the dropdown

  • Select "Add Input"

  • then add the input you want, add the application rate and unit, and click "Save".
