How to change input rates on existing tickets
Navigate to PRODUCTION > ACTIVITIES > All
Click "Show Additional Filters"
Confirm the Crop year is correct.
Under Input, select the input that needs to be removed. Click Apply. Now you have a list of tickets in that crop year that used that input.
Select the ticket or tickets you need to edit by checking the box next to the ticket. To save time, you can select all the visible tickets by clicking the top left checkbox. If you have more than one page of tickets to edit, you will see a message giving you the option to Select all of the activities, even ones on other pages. Click the link to select them all.
Click Edit Tickets
Choose Input from the drop down list
Select Change Rates
How to mark fields complete in bulk
Navigate to PRODUCTION > ACTIVITIES > All
Click "Show Additional Filters"
Confirm the Crop year is correct.
Under Complete, select No. Click Apply. Now you have a list of tickets in that crop year that have not been marked complete.
Select the ticket or tickets you need to complete by checking the box next to the ticket. To save time, you can select all the visible tickets by clicking the top left checkbox. If you have more than one page of tickets to edit, you will see a message giving you the option to Select all of the activities, even ones on other pages. Click the link to select them all.
Click Edit Tickets
Choose Field Complete from the drop down list
You will be asked to confirm that you are about to mark these activity tickets as complete. Press Save to confirm.
How to remove an input from activity tickets

Select the input from the drop down menu

How to change an operator on activity tickets
Navigate to PRODUCTION > ACTIVITIES > All
Click "Show Additional Filters"

Under Operator, select the name of the operator that needs to be removed. Click Apply. Now you have a list of tickets in that crop year that are attached to that operator.
Select the ticket or tickets you need to edit by checking the box next to the ticket. To save time, you can select all the visible tickets by clicking the top left checkbox. If you have more than one page of tickets to edit, you will see a message giving you the option to Select all of the activities, even ones on other pages. Click the link to select them all.
Click Edit Tickets
Choose Change Operator from the drop down list
Select an operator from the drop down menu that you want assigned to the activities. This is not the name you are removing but the operator who should be assigned to the tickets.
Click Save.
How to correct the crop on activity tickets
Navigate to PRODUCTION > ACTIVITIES > All
Click "Show Additional Filters"
Confirm the Crop year is correct.
Under Crop select the crop that needs to be removed.
Under Crop on Ticket? Select Yes.
Click Apply. Now you have a list of tickets in that crop year that have the crop on the ticket.
Select the ticket or tickets you need to edit by checking the box next to the ticket. To save time, you can select all the visible tickets by clicking the top left checkbox. If you have more than one page of tickets to edit, you will see a message giving you the option to Select all of the activities, even ones on other pages. Click the link to select them all.
Click Edit Tickets
Choose Change Crop from the drop down list
Select the new crop from the drop down menu that you want assigned to the activities.
Click Save.
How to change the crop year on tickets
Navigate to PRODUCTION > ACTIVITIES > All
Click "Show Additional Filters"
Choose the Crop Year that has the incorrect tickets. (for example: if you planted wheat in 2024 but will harvest in 2025, you may need to adjust the crop year on your planting tickets if they were entered as 2024 tickets. The crop year on the activities should typically match the crop year the wheat will be harvested.)
Turn on additional filters (by crop as an example) so the list you generate has narrowed down to only the tickets you want to edit.
Click Apply. Now you have a list of tickets in that crop year.
Select the ticket or tickets you need to edit by checking the box next to the ticket. To save time, you can select all the visible tickets by clicking the top left checkbox. If you have more than one page of tickets to edit, you will see a message giving you the option to Select all of the activities, even ones on other pages. Click the link to select them all.
