Plans change. People make mistakes. Sometimes an activity ticket gets entered with the wrong crop information or the field you thought was going to be soybeans ended up being planted with corn. Here's the quick and easy way to fix it and get back on track for harvest!
Go to PRODUCTION > Activities > All
This will give you a list of all of your production activities (make sure the current crop year is selected).
Then select the Mismatched Crops button [as seen in the picture below]
This will give you a list of all the activities with mismatched crops - meaning the crop on the activity ticket is not the same as the crop assigned to that field in Conservis.
On the left hand side of each item is a down arrow you can click to compare the ticket information (on top) to the field information (directly below on the expanded view).
Then you can either edit the crop that was planted on the field, or you can edit the activity ticket - whichever will result in accurate data. Repeat until all your activities have crops that match.
