Unmatched Harvest Ticket: Delivery Receipt

If there are harvest tickets that are not able to be matched in Conservis then there will be a discrepancy in the reporting and it is imperative that these discrepancies be addressed as soon as possible in order to maintain an accurate understanding of inventory and record receipt of delivery.

Updating Delivery Receipt tickets:

  1. Fix any Unmatched Grain Cart Tickets or Unmatched Field to Customer Tickets To help eliminate any Delivery Receipt ticket errors that are caused by those underlying errors.

  2. Harvest > Delivery Receipts > Select : Unmatched Tickets > Filter

  3. Note the Delivery Location and the Commodity of the first ticket and select "Match Tickets to Delivery Receipts"

  4. Select either Field to Customer or Storage to Customer and fill in the Delivery Location and the Commodity and hit "Filter"

  5. Search the list of delivery tickets for any that match the delivery tickets.

    1. You may find that a ticket has a piece of information that is incorrect and needs to be updated. For example, if a Field to Customer Ticket was assigned to the incorrect truck, you may need to update that ticket to the correct one.

  6. If there are no delivery tickets listed, return to the "List of Delivery Receipts" and remove the checkbox for "Unmatched" tickets

  7. Search the list for duplicate tickets.

  8. If found, delete the ticket that is missing a delivery ticket.

  9. If no duplicates are found, a new delivery ticket may need to be deleted. If this is the case, please reach out to the Customer Success team so that they can review these tickets with you.
