If there are harvest tickets that are not able to be matched in Conservis then there will be a discrepancy in the reporting and it is imperative that these discrepancies be addressed as soon as possible in order to maintain accurate tracking of number loads & yields.

General Steps for locating and fixing the unmatched tickets:

  1. Harvest > Grain Tickets: Grain Cart > Select "Unmatched Tickets" > Filter

  2. Open a particular ticket that needs to be fixed

  3. If Split Tickets is “Full Truck”, then either a Field to Customer or a Field to Storage ticket needs to be created.

  4. That ticket is now complete.

  5. If Split Ticket is “Additional Load”, then it will need to be matched to another Grain Cart ticket manually. To do this, you will need to review these data points:

    1. Supplying Equipment

    2. Receiving Equipment

    3. Date

    4. Crop

    5. Field

    6. Weight

  6. Once the correct “First Load” ticket is found (**Note** it could be a "Full Load" ticket that should have been a "First Load") then the "Additional Load" can be adjusted to match the "First Load"

  7. Then add the "Additional Load" to the correct Field to Storage or Field to Customer Ticket

  8. If you are unable to resolve the issue following these steps, please reach out to the Customer Success Team.
