Growers can now use Work Orders and Machine Integration together with greater confidence because of:

  1. Improved way for you to identify what equipment is enabled for machine integration

  2. A report that identifies missed or duplicate tickets

Equipment Setup now Identifies what will Produce Machine Tickets

Equipment setup has a new checkbox:

Check this checkbox if the equipment is capable of supplying machine data to John Deere or Climate. When checked the mobile app's MI Enabled toggle will be on, so the creation of mobile tickets is then turned off. Note that if you don't specify equipment on the work order, and the operator is not sure if the tractor & implement are machine enabled, they should create the mobile ticket. This is the "safe" thing to do, to prevent a missed ticket, because if a machine ticket is created, Conservis will automatically "suspend' (deactivate) the mobile ticket.

New Work Order report identifies issues with tickets

When using work orders and machine integration together it's possible for operators to make mistakes -- not creating a mobile ticket when the equipment doesn't generate a machine ticket (missed ticket), or creating a mobile ticket when equipment is already generating a machine ticket (duplicate tickets) A new report now identifies such ticket issues:

Hover over each status badge for a description and info on how to resolve the issue:

Hover over the report title for instructions on report use:
