The Dashboard's new Needs Attention pane makes it much easier to maintain high data quality, which is needed to have reliable reports and Insights in Conservis. The pane highlights your data quality issues and links you to tools where you can see and fix the issues:
Machine Integration Issues
Click on this link first if you see any machine integration issues, as getting your machine data to flow in might resolve issues later down the list. Typically, these will be inputs, equipment, or fields that do not already have a match in Conservis and need to be matched.
Work order - Machine Integration Issues
For operations that utilize Work orders and Machine Integration together, you can use the Work order - Machine Integration Verification tool to identify potential missed tickets and duplicate tickets. To learn more about this tool, read more here:
Field and Ticket Crop Mismatches
This link will take you to the Crop & Acre Update tool. The Dashboard counts crop mismatches between field setup and planting tickets. The tool also shows planted acres mismatches and enables you to change them if you wish. Cost Anomaly Tool
The Cost Anomaly tool is also new. You can access it from the link on the Dashboard pane or go to Production > ACTIVITIES All and click Cost Anomalies:
The tool identifies:
Tickets with excessive costs (set your own threshold for what you consider to be an excessive cost/acre.)
Inputs with no costs (the input is listed only if its used on a ticket)
The tool helps you identify the likely cause of excessive costs -- whether that's an incorrect unit on a ticket, a typo for default cost, or whatever. If the input for an excessive cost has PO receipts, the input will display this icon which you can click to see all PO receipts for it:
