Sometimes activities that happen in the previous calendar year need to be assigned to the following crop year. Here's how you can search for activities that might have been assigned to the wrong year.

STEP 1: Check for activities that might be in the wrong crop year

  • Go to PRODUCTION > ACTIVITIES > All

  • Select the previous crop year (example: 2022)

  • Select a date range that includes any dates when you may have started work on this year's crop (remember you may have begun in a previous calendar year, after Harvest). If you do not see date fields, click Show Additional Filters and you can view all your filtering options. You only need to select either a starting date range or an ending date range for these activities. Think back to when you changed your default crop year and include any dates in the current year that may have defaulted still to a previous year.

  • Click Apply to apply the filter.

STEP 2: Review and edit any activities in the wrong crop year

  • Select all the activities that need to be moved to the current crop year.

  • Hit Edit Tickets and select Change Crop Year from the drop down.

  • Select the crop year these activities belong in.

  • Click Save.

  • If the change was successful, you will see a message displayed letting you know the number of records that have been changed to a new crop year.
